Why is Antarctica cooling, & growing larger?

I posted a comment/question re Antarctic cooling on 10 July - but no comment.

I understand Antarctica IS cooling - why? The IPCC states all 6 Continents are warming. But the IPCC no longer counts Antarctica as a Continent!

So is Antarctica cooling, & why?

Perhaps even a panelist could answer/put me right .....
